I am interested in using the SHOOTS.com crew booking/diary service as my primary booking and diary service. I understand that I will be billed $75.00 per month in advance for this service. I also understand that any bookings taken for me by SHOOTS.com will take priority over bookings made directly to me. It will also be my responsibility to inform SHOOTS.com when I do take a direct booking.
